Terms of Service

Effective date: June 22, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using BlindSpot Trader. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

BlindSpot Trader is operated by BlindSpot Trader. The Service provides AI-powered behavioral analysis of trade history data for educational and informational purposes. The Service does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations of any kind. See our full Disclaimer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for educational use by retail traders and is not intended for institutional investors or registered investment advisers acting in a professional capacity.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide a valid email address and keep it current. We authenticate users via one-time magic links sent to your email. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@blindspottrader.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Free Plan

The Free Plan provides one (1) full behavioral analysis report at no charge. No credit card is required. Unused free reports do not expire.

Pro Plan — $10/month

The Pro Plan is a recurring monthly subscription billed at $10.00 USD per month. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same day you originally subscribed until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing period.

Lifetime Plan — $149 one-time

The Lifetime Plan is a single one-time payment of $149.00 USD that grants perpetual access to all Pro features as they exist at time of purchase and reasonable future updates.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time via Account Settings → Manage Billing or by emailing support@blindspottrader.com. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through the period you have already paid for. We do not charge cancellation fees. In compliance with FTC regulations, cancellation is as easy as signup.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro subscribers. Contact us at support@blindspottrader.com within 7 days of your first charge to request a full refund. Lifetime Plan purchases are non-refundable after 14 days. We reserve the right to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers via email. Continued subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or analysis methodology
  • Use the Service to develop a competing product
  • Upload data belonging to another person without authorization
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription access controls
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage, overload, or impair our systems

6. Your Data

You retain full ownership of any trade data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide the Service. CSV files are never stored — they are processed and discarded immediately. Saved report summaries are retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI prompts, methodology, and content, is owned by BlindSpot Trader and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission. Analysis reports generated for your account are for your personal use only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANALYSIS RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. BEHAVIORAL ANALYSIS IS BASED ON PATTERNS IN HISTORICAL DATA AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE TRADING RESULTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLINDSPOT TRADER AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BlindSpot Trader and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@blindspottrader.com with "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject line.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
